New endowed scholarship honors Georgia's First Lady Sandra Dunagan Deal

State legislative spouses raised more than $120,000 to establish the Sandra Dunagan Deal Scholarship at Georgia College. The endowment, a surprise to Mrs. Deal, was announced at a special luncheon March 7.
